Data processed

Browsing data. The systems serving this website (Cloudflare) log technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, user agent and requested page, which are needed for operation, security and abuse prevention.

Data you provide. When you fill in the contact form you send your name, email, optionally your company, and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used solely to reply to your request and for any pre-contractual discussions (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), based on the consent you give (Art. 6.1.a). Browsing data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6.1.f).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a professional relationship begins. Technical logs are kept for short periods according to the provider’s policies.

Recipients and transfers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor for hosting, content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile) and sending the contact form emails. Any transfers to the United States take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification may process technical browser signals solely to tell humans and bots apart.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@fjodorsolutions.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
